Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • proficiency in primary language(s) spoken at the work location
  • capacity to stand for long periods and perform duties requiring physical activity

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • strong business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • hire, train, and develop team members to uphold Chipotle's standards
  • manage profit and loss, including sales forecasting and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • develop and execute community engagement and marketing initiatives
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
