Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- proficiency in primary language(s) spoken at the work location
- capacity to stand for long periods and perform duties requiring physical activity

- strong business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- hire, train, and develop team members to uphold Chipotle's standards
- manage profit and loss, including sales forecasting and inventory control
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- develop and execute community engagement and marketing initiatives
- deliver exceptional guest experiences to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
