Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant or related environment
- ability to handle physical demands including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- comfort working with kitchen equipment and open flames
- ability to work in various temperature environments
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain alertness and adhere to safety standards

Job Duties
- Develop yourself and others
- lead four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
