Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a restaurant or related environment
  • ability to handle physical demands including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • comfort working with kitchen equipment and open flames
  • ability to work in various temperature environments
  • effective communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain alertness and adhere to safety standards

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others
  • lead four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
