Job Requirements
- Stand for entire shift and walk extensively without rest
- Push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Reach with hands and use manual dexterity
- Bend and stoop as needed
- Ability to taste and smell

- Use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus
- Access the entire restaurant including sales floor, stock, and register area
- Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership role experience
- 4-6 years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends

- College or culinary education preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work activities
- Appraise and manage employee performance including disciplinary actions and terminations
- Foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs through effective management
- Manage food and labor costs including inventory and scheduling
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
