  • strong leadership skills
  • solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • allergy certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • lead and support team members across both FOH and BOH
