Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working on feet for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to navigate and deliver to diverse locations including multi-story buildings
  • Physical capacity to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, and use stairs
  • Pass all company-specific safety and performance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive personality
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures strictly
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Be in charge during shifts including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Set a positive example and lead the team effectively
  • Follow all company policies and procedures thoroughly and ensure the team does the same
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, paperwork submission, food management and store cleanliness
  • Maintain image standards and contribute to store marketing and profitability
  • Operate, clean, and maintain store facility and equipment
  • Receive and process orders quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
