Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working on feet for the majority of the shift
- Ability to navigate and deliver to diverse locations including multi-story buildings
- Physical capacity to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, and use stairs
- Pass all company-specific safety and performance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
- Strong customer service skills with a positive personality
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures strictly
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Be in charge during shifts including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- Set a positive example and lead the team effectively
- Follow all company policies and procedures thoroughly and ensure the team does the same
- Manage staffing, scheduling, paperwork submission, food management and store cleanliness
- Maintain image standards and contribute to store marketing and profitability
- Operate, clean, and maintain store facility and equipment
- Receive and process orders quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
