Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • One to three years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Experience with P&L analysis and food cost management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
  • Commitment to maintaining high customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience with profit and loss management and achieving food cost and labor goals
  • Strong recruiting and talent development skills
  • Reliable leadership with a hands-on operational approach
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive team dynamics
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders to ensure timely and quality service
  • Ensure the store maintains audit readiness and compliance with company standards
  • Motivate and lead the team by working across various roles during busy shifts
  • Monitor and achieve food cost goals and labor targets through effective P&L analysis
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and preparing deposits
