Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws
  • Knowledge of health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • Computer operation skills
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Passion for training and developing teams
  • Strong leadership and change management skills

  • Create legendary experiences for guests
  • Manage local restaurant marketing efforts
  • Analyze and manage Profit and Loss statements
  • Oversee restaurant management team performance, engagement, and training
