Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for guest service, team development, and operational efficiency
- Ability to analyze financials and drive results
- Flexible schedule: 10AM-8PM, 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand, walk, and lift as needed in a fast-paced environment
- No formal education requirement

Job Duties
- Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and food quality
- Actively engage with guests, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and compliance with labor laws
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and control costs
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and technology systems including POS, online orders, and delivery
- Foster a positive, values-driven culture and recognize team achievements
- Communicate with corporate and regional leadership and complete required reporting
- Be available for peak hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies
