Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for guest service, team development, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to analyze financials and drive results
  • Flexible schedule: 10AM-8PM, 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand, walk, and lift as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • No formal education requirement

Job Duties

  • Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and food quality
  • Actively engage with guests, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and compliance with labor laws
  • Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and control costs
  • Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and technology systems including POS, online orders, and delivery
  • Foster a positive, values-driven culture and recognize team achievements
  • Communicate with corporate and regional leadership and complete required reporting
  • Be available for peak hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies
