Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • physical ability to meet job demands including bending, reaching overhead, working in temperature extremes, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service
  • set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • develop yourself and others focusing on self-improvement and supporting others’ success
  • lead the operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and corrective action when necessary
  • foster collaboration and work with others to achieve group success
  • maintain adaptability by solving problems through an open and inclusive approach
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
