Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to lead a team effectively
- excellent organizational skills
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to perform required tasks including bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work in varying temperatures and near open flames
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain constant communication with multiple people
- capability to work in tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions if required

Job Duties
