Job Requirements

- Proven experience managing a restaurant team
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to manage inventory, staffing, and labor
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures
- Willingness to work near open flames and in tight spaces
- Ability to maintain constant communication and alertness
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Develop yourself and others through self-improvement and supporting team success
- Manage staffing, inventory, labor, and accountability for the restaurant
- Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective actions
