Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years managerial experience in a restaurant or fast-casual environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform duties including bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- capacity for maintaining alertness and adherence to safety standards
