Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years managerial experience in a restaurant or fast-casual environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to perform duties including bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • capacity for maintaining alertness and adherence to safety standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused service

  • manage staffing, labor, and inventory
  • conduct regular coaching, training, and accountability sessions
  • foster collaboration among team members to achieve group success
  • adapt to change by solving problems inclusively
