Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- ability to work 47 and a half to 50 hours per week
- flexibility to work hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- ability to work scheduled days and hours designated by the district manager
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial aptitude including planning, budgeting and profit and loss management
- ability to manage and lead a team
- communication skills
- physical ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, work around heat and close quarters, move throughout the restaurant, lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably, work with cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position preferably in a restaurant
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and profit and loss management
- organizational, planning and time management skills

Job Duties
- Model and create an environment in which the guest is always right

- maintain a guest-focused approach
