Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing restaurant operations
- Ability to bend and reach overhead often
- Dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures including near open flames
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Strong communication skills
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision required
- Ability to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
- Must maintain alertness and work safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions occasionally

Job Duties
