Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service or hospitality industry
  • ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
  • natural capacity to build effective relationships
  • demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
  • proven operating skills, financial and marketing acumen
  • established influencing, consulting, and communication skills
  • self-motivated and results-oriented
  • ability to hold self accountable for performance
  • high energy and decisive decision-making
  • ensure store managers are up to date on procedures
  • oversee compliance reporting including OSHA
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • possess a valid driver’s license
