Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service or hospitality industry
- ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
- natural capacity to build effective relationships
- demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
- proven operating skills, financial and marketing acumen
- established influencing, consulting, and communication skills
- self-motivated and results-oriented
- ability to hold self accountable for performance
- high energy and decisive decision-making
- ensure store managers are up to date on procedures
- oversee compliance reporting including OSHA
- must be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license
