Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to work a standard 47.5 to 50 hour work week with flexible hours as required by the District Manager
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work long hours
  • Capability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • Ability to work around heat and in close quarters
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Financial and analytical aptitude including planning budgeting scheduling and profit and loss management
  • Strong organizational planning and time management skills
  • Excellent team building problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide regular performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment where the guest is always right ensuring a positive guest service experience
  • Respond positively and quickly to guest concerns
  • Hire high quality employees to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
  • Train and empower employees to deliver total guest satisfaction
  • Evaluate employee performance and maintain high levels of guest service
  • Continuously improve employee skills knowledge and morale
  • Develop and execute business plans including fiscal responsibilities manpower planning and local marketing
