Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work a standard 47.5 to 50 hour work week with flexible hours as required by the District Manager
- Ability to stand for long periods and work long hours
- Capability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- Ability to work around heat and in close quarters
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Financial and analytical aptitude including planning budgeting scheduling and profit and loss management
- Strong organizational planning and time management skills
- Excellent team building problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide regular performance feedback
