Job Requirements

  • Education: bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Success with financial management and payroll budgets
  • Experience in retail inventory control and operational excellence
  • Leadership skills in talent acquisition and team development
  • Proficiency with technology including Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work full-time including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to close the store at least once per week
  • Availability for corporate meetings and travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
  • Proven financial management skills including driving sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
  • Demonstrated retail management expertise in inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • Experienced leadership management in talent acquisition, development, motivation, and change management
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to react under pressure and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed retail and service sales goals including guest loyalty and payroll
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling for productivity and payroll goals
  • Address financial and operational reporting issues to achieve store goals and profitability
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
  • Attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and address staffing needs promptly
  • Lead associate development including training, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and standards
  • Manage store scheduling and task prioritization using company tools
  • Protect company assets through inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention
  • Communicate with field leadership on business trends, operational challenges, and merchandise needs
