Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or team leadership
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Physical ability to perform kitchen-related tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Proven leadership or management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience managing inventory, labor, and staffing
- Commitment to customer service excellence

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Develop yourself and others
- Lead four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Put the customer first including internal team members
- Conduct people planning, coaching, training, and accountability
- Create loyal customers by inspiring teams
