Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or team leadership
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen-related tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

  • Proven leadership or management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience managing inventory, labor, and staffing
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others
