Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in quick-service restaurant or similar industry
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong physical stamina to meet job demands
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems
  • Ability to comply with all health and safety guidelines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid food handler certification is an asset.

Job Duties

  • Ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
  • Accountable for production of Always Fresh standards and waste levels
  • Plans and works to budgets, maximizes profits and achieves sales and transaction targets using CPP data
  • Controls Food, Paper, Labour costs and administers payrolls
  • Recruits, trains, and develops team members
  • Motivates and encourages team to achieve targets
  • Sets goals and objectives for the team
  • Ensures open communication within team and with General Manager and Restaurant Owner
  • Maintains high guest experience standards
  • Handles guest complaints professionally
  • Prepares performance reports
  • Establishes relationships with local community
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conducts workplace safety inspections and enforces safety policies
  • Leads waste management procedures
  • Implements company policies and ethics
  • Ensures security procedures and safety of team members and guests.
