Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working with animals is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations
- Balance administrative tasks with hands-on involvement in front desk, daycare, and kennel operations
- Monitor staff performance and support team development
- Collaborate with corporate departments including HR, Payroll, and Compliance
- Prepare daily revenue reports and manage end-of-day procedures
- Oversee team shifts and budget adherence
- Promote the resort within the community and represent the brand
- Undertake additional responsibilities to maintain seamless operations
