Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- 7 years experience in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
- 5 years experience in leadership roles within logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations management
- ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- demonstrated proficiency in applicable WMS systems
- excellent English communication skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- good organizational, personnel, and communication skills
- advanced accounting and financial math skills related to budget and P&L management
- ability to motivate and lead teams
- ability to adapt effectively to change and work in fast-paced environments
- ability to develop effective relationships and provide leadership to diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 years experience in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
- 5 years leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- demonstrated knowledge of applicable WMS systems
- proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- good organizational and personnel skills
- good written and oral communication skills
- good leadership, supervision, and planning skills
- advanced expertise in accounting and financial mathematics related to P&L management and budgeting
- ability to motivate self and others

Job Duties
- Ensure systems and procedures manage operations, equipment, and products safely and profitably
- lead operations to meet productivity and service goals
- comply with client site operating agreements
- set goals for continuous improvement efforts
- develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
- ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance
- assist in setting standards appropriate to client scope of work
- develop and manage controls to meet service, cost, revenue, and profit goals
- partner with senior leadership on annual operating budget
- oversee overall safety and security of operation
- develop team to achieve company and client objectives
- support mentoring, succession planning, and management development
- communicate mission, vision, and core values
- proactively develop plans for automation and technology
- act as site-level champion for client relationship management
- coordinate and lead business reviews with clients
- assist in marketing and sales strategies
- manage budgeting and financial controls
- oversee equipment maintenance and training
- achieve safety goals and audit compliance
- work overtime as needed
