Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years leadership experience in retail hospitality or foodservice
  • demonstrated success in team hiring and financial achievement
  • experience in productivity goal setting inventory par management and scheduling
  • foodservice safety training certificate or must obtain within 30 days
  • basic Microsoft Office skills
  • must have flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years leadership experience managing teams business operations and guest experience in retail hospitality or foodservice
  • demonstrated success in hiring developing teams and achieving financial objectives

  • basic proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

Job Duties

  • facilitates the opening and closing of the bakery including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits
  • manages special orders for individual and corporate guests including large and complex orders and deliveries
  • works with the operations team to ensure sales productivity goals cake production plans and scheduling
  • manages inventory par levels monitors stock processes supply orders and conducts monthly inventory
  • ensures adherence to product service bakery environment and merchandising standards as well as food and health safety regulations
  • responsible for store P&L and key financial metrics including labor margins expenses COGS maintenance and supplies
  • performs administrative functions covering payroll sales labor inventory reporting and basic accounting
  • prioritizes guest experience models superior engagement fosters positive work environment
  • recruits selects and trains talent sets performance expectations and enables team growth
  • continuously coaches manages performance delivers feedback and conducts reviews
  • delegates to assistant manager assigns responsibilities to support bakery leadership
  • identifies and develops future leaders cross-trains team members for coverage
  • maintains hands-on involvement in bakery roles and steps in as needed
  • leads community outreach and brand visibility efforts including event coordination
