Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • have an automobile with required insurance coverage available for company use
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including 50-65 hours per week and up to six days a week
  • complete all internal certification programs

Job Duties

  • Operate the restaurant efficiently promoting friendly service and high-quality food
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and communicate special needs to District Manager
  • exhibit high awareness in customer relations and satisfaction and promote to all team members
  • recruit interview hire or approve hiring of hourly team members
  • ensure I-9 Form compliance for all employees hired
  • properly train personnel or ensure training is completed
  • monitor product inventory plan stock rotation and maintain storage facilities control
  • purchase receive items and verify invoice accuracy
  • process administrative forms invoices and paperwork as instructed
  • adhere to production standards and food cost control procedures
  • prepare weekly personnel schedules and assign specific duties
  • manage labor costs effectively
  • understand and manage P&L statements
  • ensure in-store marketing and promotional materials are executed properly
  • carry out public relations assignments
  • implement preventative maintenance programs
  • maintain security and follow security policies
  • follow operational procedures in manuals and employee handbook
  • participate in planning and achieving company goals
  • enforce cash procedures as outlined in company policy
  • maintain required reports
  • complete shift-change procedures
  • be proficient in all team member positions
  • conduct performance reviews in line with company guidelines
