Job Duties

  • Train, develop, and provide career growth to employees
  • maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
  • manage up to 100 employees
  • provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
  • oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
  • serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
  • oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
  • assess and communicate hiring needs and follow hiring processes
  • complete new hire paperwork and onboarding according to deadlines
  • train employees following company policies and procedures
  • identify areas of improvement and provide mentoring
  • administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and performance improvement plans
  • demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
  • lead monthly meetings
  • troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring sales and cost control figures
  • organize the restaurant following food rotation and cleanliness procedures
  • order supplies as needed
  • record and organize invoices
  • create weekly staff schedules
  • ensure employee compliance with policies and procedures
  • follow health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
  • adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies
  • send weekly update reports to the Director of Operations
