Job Duties
- Train, develop, and provide career growth to employees
- maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
- manage up to 100 employees
- provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
- oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
- serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
- oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
- assess and communicate hiring needs and follow hiring processes
- complete new hire paperwork and onboarding according to deadlines
- train employees following company policies and procedures
- identify areas of improvement and provide mentoring
- administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and performance improvement plans
- demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
- lead monthly meetings
- troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring sales and cost control figures
- organize the restaurant following food rotation and cleanliness procedures
- order supplies as needed
- record and organize invoices
- create weekly staff schedules
- ensure employee compliance with policies and procedures
- follow health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
- adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies
- send weekly update reports to the Director of Operations
