Job Duties
- Train, develop, and provide career growth to employees
- maintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per week
- manage up to 100 employees
- provide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experience
- oversee the execution of the Via 313 brand daily
- serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
- oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standards
- assess and communicate hiring needs and follow hiring processes
- complete all new hire paperwork and onboarding
- train employees by applying Via 313 policies
- identify areas of improvement and provide mentoring
- administer and document disciplinary actions
- demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
- lead monthly meetings
- troubleshoot store profitability
- organize restaurant cleanliness and food rotation
- order food, paper, chemical, and other supplies
- record and organize store invoices
- create weekly staff schedules
- ensure employee compliance with policies
- follow health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
- adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies
- send weekly update reports to Director of Operations
