Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position preferably in the restaurant industry
- ability to work 47 ½ to 50 hours per week including flexible hours as scheduled
- basic knowledge of computers
- proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- effective team building and problem solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- physical ability to stand for long periods, work around heat and others in close quarters
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- willingness to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
- basic computer knowledge
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit & loss management
