Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position preferably in the restaurant industry
  • ability to work 47 ½ to 50 hours per week including flexible hours as scheduled
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management
  • strong organizational and time management abilities
  • effective team building and problem solving skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, work around heat and others in close quarters
  • ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
  • willingness to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
  • basic computer knowledge
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit & loss management
  • strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • team building skills
  • problem solving skills
  • good verbal and written communication skills
