Job Requirements
- Able to work a standard 47 to 50 hour work week
- able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- able to work the days and hours as scheduled by the District Manager
- able to work long hours and stand for extended periods
- able to work around heat and others in close quarters
- able to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations and employee performance
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position preferably in the restaurant industry
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
- strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- team building skills
- problem solving skills
- good verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Model and create an environment in which the guest is always right

- enforce all labor laws
- uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- focus on and be driven by the guest
- treat all employees with honesty, respect and dignity
