Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
  • ability to work 47.5 to 50 hour work week with flexible schedule
  • availability to work days and hours scheduled by the District Manager
  • basic computer knowledge
  • ability to stand for long periods and work long hours
  • ability to work in close quarters and around heat
  • ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • ability to use various cleaning products
  • strong physical stamina and mobility to supervise restaurant operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a management position preferably in the restaurant industry
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
  • strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • effective team building abilities
  • strong problem solving skills
  • good verbal and written communication skills
