Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant setting
- ability to work 47.5 to 50 hour work week with flexible schedule
- availability to work days and hours scheduled by the District Manager
- basic computer knowledge
- ability to stand for long periods and work long hours
- ability to work in close quarters and around heat
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- ability to use various cleaning products
- strong physical stamina and mobility to supervise restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in a management position preferably in the restaurant industry
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
- strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- effective team building abilities
- strong problem solving skills
- good verbal and written communication skills
