Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years restaurant experience preferred
- Must comply with state alcohol service age laws if applicable
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout shifts
- Capability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, handle, and manipulate objects
- Capacity to bend and stoop regularly
- Must have taste and smell capabilities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Adequate vision including close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock, and register areas
- Willingness to follow all CDC, local, and state safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and manage employee rewards and discipline
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily quality food and cleanliness standards
- Control operations including cash, inventory, food and labor management
- Manage P&L including food, labor and carryout costs
- Control food costs through recipes and inventory
- Optimize labor costs using scheduling tools
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
