Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- 5 plus years of management experience in full service kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to walk bend stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling planning organizing and team communication
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company standards
- manage multiple departments efficiently conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and offer direction review profit and loss statements weekly and monthly and adjust action plans accordingly
- maintain high team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues as they arise
- ensure guest service goals are achieved and customer complaints resolved appropriately for complete guest satisfaction
- oversee management and expansion of food and beverage programs ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and foster a thriving sales culture
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours as required by the center
