Job Requirements
- 2+ years as General Manager with a branded select service property
- Previous experience as a General Manager with a Marriott-branded hotel
- Extensive rooms and sales experience to manage all aspects of hotel operations and drive sales revenues
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Willingness to relocate to embrace new opportunities and challenges

Job Duties

- Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems
- Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety
- Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium's core values
