Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good physical condition to perform required physical tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure team achieves outstanding results
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and promptly address guest concerns
  • Manage guest reviews to maintain reputation
  • Follow brand guidelines and operational deadlines
  • Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L
  • Network within local community to promote property
  • Lead in-house sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
  • Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
  • Follow property emergency procedures and security protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned
