Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant, café, or bar operations management experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, motivation, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant and bar business
  • Superior organization, communication, and guest service abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • ServSafe/TIPS certification preferred but may be obtained during training
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant or bar establishment

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a team in a supportive way that builds loyalty
  • Direct and oversee restaurant operations and departments by implementing and adhering to brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, guest service improvements, financial performance enhancement, and process improvement
  • Analyze business trends to maximize profit margins, focusing on controllable expenses, labor, and cost of goods
  • Collaborate with Ethos Hospitality Group's operations and marketing teams to build brand success and foster guest loyalty
  • Directly supervise hourly team members and provide effective coaching
  • Maintain and build strong working relationships with vendors and the community
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar environment while maintaining quality and safety standards under pressure
