Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive leadership experience in upscale dining environments
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred
- Ability to manage financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work long shifts and remain on feet for extended periods
- Capable of handling physical demands including lifting and bending

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Extensive experience leading a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Wine knowledge required with preferred sommelier experience
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred
- Culinary experience or training a plus
- Formal business education or restaurant management degree a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Conduct facility walkthrough to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest-friendly ambiance
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, entering sales reports, and paying invoices
- Review daily sales reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with management and corporate staff about operational concerns
- Review daily reservations and events to plan proper staffing levels
- Perform kitchen and bar line checks in coordination with chefs
- Set, submit, and achieve restaurant sales and profit budgets
- Hold pre-shift meetings to discuss menu changes, promotions, and staff issues
- Provide leadership and motivational support to staff to uphold company standards
- Rotate through restaurant stations during service to monitor and support operations
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints
- Complete closing procedures including payroll, sales reports, and cleaning
- Facilitate weekly managers meeting focusing on staffing and training needs
- Monitor inventory and order supplies according to corporate standards
- Plan and execute local marketing and public relations activities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant personnel
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans
- Coordinate banquet and special event planning with sales team
- Attend professional training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Build community relationships to promote brand awareness and sales
- Develop business through catering and private dining offerings
