Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passed Restaurant General Manager Readiness Checklist
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to prioritize customer service and positively impact guest experience
- Ability to uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
- Bring positive attitude and upbeat energy
- Comfortable using Microsoft suite, BOH technologies, and HRIS platforms
- Strong sense of urgency and timeliness
- Ability to read and interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions
- Ability to perform basic math including rate, ratio, and percent calculations
- Capability to solve practical problems with minimal standardization
