Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience as a general manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • knowledge of cash control and financial management
  • commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a 2+ million-dollar restaurant
  • demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • prior QSR experience is required
  • McDonald's experience is a plus
  • high school graduate

Job Duties

  • Overseeing profit and loss by managing cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials, and taking ownership of results
  • motivate, train, and develop outstanding team members with ongoing training and leadership development
  • conduct performance appraisals for team members
  • prepare the team for success by teaching and training everyday operations
  • partner with Operations Supervisor for succession planning and talent development
