Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years experience as a general manager in an upscale environment
- preferred experience in similar hotel environment
- project management experience preferred
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to motivate teams for exceptional service
- over 10 years of profit and loss responsibility
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years minimum experience as a general manager in an upscale environment
- previous experience in a similar environment and type of hotel preferable
- previous renovation/project management experience preferred
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communications skills
- able to motivate team to provide best-in-class customer service
- 10+ years of P&L responsibilities
- bachelor's degree preferred
