Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Prior experience in leadership roles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, handle, bend, stoop
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Strong vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock, and register
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age regulations where applicable
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work activities
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, including terminations
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to team
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain safety
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor
- Manage financial reports and scheduling
- Oversee P&L management including food, labor, and carryout costs
- Control food costs by following recipes and portions
- Manage labor costs through optimized scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other assigned duties as required
