- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- understanding of safety and security systems and procedures
- computer operations proficiency
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
