Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility including bending and stooping for the workday duration
- Must be able to lift or carry 20 pounds
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet essential job functions
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests
- Ability to interact professionally with all personnel
- Must be able to work days, nights and weekends
- Must have the ability to become certified in food safety/handling and CPR
- Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other standards
- Ability to maintain regular, reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

- Leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Experience with team training and development
- Competency in handling guest relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to maintain compliance with safety and labor laws
- Proven ability to meet productivity and financial objectives
Job Duties
- Directs the daily operation of the restaurant within budget
- Ensures the restaurant is compliant with established standards in guest relations, food costs, labor costs, safety and sanitation
- Guarantees production of consistently high-quality products by adhering to standards for ordering, food handling, storage, preparation, portioning and serving
- Guarantees the highest level of hospitality and service to all guests
- Trains all team members to adhere to company guest hospitality standards
- Handles guest complaints to resolution
- Supervises restaurant and delivery operations, personnel and procedures to ensure maximum gross profit
- Adheres to and enforces company uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Develops daily production, preparation and inventory levels
- Oversees purchasing and ordering of food and beverages
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains hourly team members
- Conducts performance reviews and recommends pay increases
- Administers discipline and may make termination decisions for hourly team members
- Prepares and maintains personnel, administrative and financial records
- Ensures specials, promotions and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures
- Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation and legal regulations
- Trains, supervises and develops MITs, Assistant Managers and Managers
- Identifies candidates for management programs
- Ensures the restaurant operates according to established hours
- Controls restaurant monies and adheres to cash handling and security policies
- Develops financial performance objectives
- Assists in daily operations when necessary
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and grounds
