Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management or related field
- minimum 5 years of operations management experience in high-volume in-seat dining theater or restaurant
- minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience including full-service bar and kitchen
- ServSafe, food handling and alcohol certifications
- availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends including peak periods
- ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, bend, and traverse stairs frequently
- ability to occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work at least 5 days per week and up to 50 hours with flexible scheduling
- commitment to maintaining safe and clean working environment
- ability to participate in regular meetings and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management or related field
- minimum 5 years of in-seat dining theater or restaurant operations management experience in high-volume operations
- minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume role

Job Duties
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, development, and retention of all staff
- manage all new hire and ongoing training ensuring compliance
- ensure employee adherence to company policies
- build cooperative relationships with management and HR
- attend regional and head office meetings and trainings
- enforce company values and implement initiatives
- ensure operational standards and guest service needs are met
- conduct daily pre-shift and sales meetings
- manage facilities and equipment maintenance
- ensure a safe and clean environment
- manage projects, reports, scheduling, and analytics
- assist with projections and playlist maintenance
- practice proactive guest management and empowerment
- manage Net Promoter Scores and guest satisfaction
- manage online reputation and guest reviews
- monitor market share and competitiveness
- address guest complaints proactively
- build and adjust employee schedules
- manage inventory systems and reconciliation
- manage petty cash and operating funds
- increase food and beverage sales
- review profit and loss statements and control expenses
- maximize box office revenues and post sales channels
- manage other theater revenues including events and advertising
- perform other duties as assigned
