Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available to close store at least once per week
  • attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight and interstate travel
  • maintain valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • proven success in financial management including driving sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
  • experience in retail management including inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent, adapting to change, and leading teams
  • proficiency with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and adapt flexibly

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
  • drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and productivity
  • address issues identified through financial and operational reporting and audits
  • perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge
  • maintain prompt, regular attendance and enforce attendance policies
  • attract, hire, and retain a diverse team
  • address policy violations with appropriate corrective action
  • build an engaged team embodying the brand through effective collaboration and communication
  • create an inclusive environment that encourages growth and engagement
  • lead manager and associate development including training, feedback, performance reviews, and succession planning
  • participate and ensure participation in ongoing training and education
  • model open communication and align team goals with company strategy
  • promote teamwork by working alongside management
  • execute the Guest Engagement Leader program
  • ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
  • use scheduling and task management tools effectively
  • protect company assets and minimize loss
