Job Requirements
- Previous general manager experience
- Ability to manage multi-department hotel operations
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Experience in food and beverage operations a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates and drive exceptional service
- Build and develop effective teams and inspire individual performance
- Manage and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns
- Apply dynamic revenue management and maintain strong financial controls to maximize profitability
- Serve as an ambassador for the hotel brand and foster a positive relationship with guests and owners
- Adapt to 24/7 operational demands including flexible shifts and hours worked
