Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience
- Experience managing a profit center
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional problem-solving abilities
- Good judgment and discretion
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is helpful but applicable work experience is considered
- Experience managing a profit center
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act professionally while handling problems and facilitating successful outcomes
- Use and apply independent judgment and discretion to address both short and long-term issues
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Manage a quality and knowledgeable sales team
- Develop unique ways to drive sales and increase store profitability
- Maintain in-stock levels through accurate inventory management
- Develop unique and creative ways to drive sales
- Oversee the profit and loss and budget responsibility and manage to the budget accordingly
- Initiate and track cost control mechanisms
- Model and promote great customer service behavior
- Select and develop staff for growth and development opportunities
- Maintain a safe work area for employees and customers
