Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
- prior restaurant management experience
- availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
- reliable transportation to and from work
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- willingness to maintain store standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- One to three years prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- strong leadership and team management skills
- demonstrated ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
- ability to analyze profit and loss statements
- experience recruiting and developing staff
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to hands-on operational management
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring audit readiness and smooth execution of catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- float between positions during busy periods to maintain service quality
- manage staff scheduling and breaks while motivating the team
- monitor and control food cost and labor targets to meet financial goals
- recruit, train, and develop team members to build a skilled and effective team
- handle closing duties including deposit preparation, inventory, and daily prep for the next day
