Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- Eligible to work in the country
- Must pass background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively coach and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team members
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
