Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Must pass background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively coach and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and orientate team members
  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
