Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 years general manager experience in quick service restaurant
- California Food Safety Manager Certified
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in restaurant operations including food safety and planning
- Basic math and POS operation skills
- Experience using office software and digital tools
- Strong leadership and feedback skills
- Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to transfer within a 50-mile radius
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 3+ years general manager experience in a fast-paced high volume quick service restaurant
- California Food Safety Manager Certification
- Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and restaurant safety
- Basic math skills and POS system experience
- Experience with office software including video conferencing and email
- Strong leadership skills with effective feedback abilities
- Humble, empathetic, and relationship-building capabilities
- Organized with ability to manage multiple functions of a large team
- Ability to learn and adapt to digital tools such as HRIS, LMS, scheduling and timekeeping systems
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to transfer within a 50-mile radius
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make real-time decisions to ensure an excellent dining experience and successful operation
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
- Conduct regular safety assessments, investigate incidents and ensure proper reporting
- Manage hiring, training, supervision, development, and termination of team members
- Produce and develop a work environment focusing on team safety and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate staffing plans, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate restaurant coverage
- Ensure positive guest service, respond to complaints and take appropriate action
- Enforce food safety practices, maintain cleanliness and compliance with laws and policies
- Oversee food preparation standards and portion control to minimize waste
- Manage financial aspects including sales optimization, cost control, payroll, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with Area Director to meet or exceed financial and operational goals
