Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous experience managing high volume quick service restaurants or related hospitality/retail experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage teams effectively

  • ability to motivate and develop staff
  • commitment to McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and develop a team of Department Managers
  • provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor progress and address operational challenges
