- previous experience managing high volume quick service restaurants or related hospitality/retail experience

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and develop a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress and address operational challenges
