Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Ability to meet requirements of all subordinate positions
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
  • Capability to conduct physical inspections
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in hot and cold environments
  • Experience in interviewing and supervisory practices

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Strong planning and budgeting skills
  • Experience in training and development practices

Job Duties

  • Execute the store plan to achieve established standards and sales
  • Manage local marketing programs and profit goals
  • Oversee staffing, personnel training, and operational maintenance
  • Conduct regular physical inspections of restaurant areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Travel to multiple stores as needed to support operations
