Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Ability to meet requirements of all subordinate positions
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
- Capability to conduct physical inspections
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in hot and cold environments
- Experience in interviewing and supervisory practices
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Strong planning and budgeting skills
- Experience in training and development practices
Job Duties
- Execute the store plan to achieve established standards and sales
- Manage local marketing programs and profit goals
- Oversee staffing, personnel training, and operational maintenance
- Conduct regular physical inspections of restaurant areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Travel to multiple stores as needed to support operations
