Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Has an automobile with required insurance available to drive for the company
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Complete all internal certification programs

Job Duties

  • Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner promoting friendly service and high-quality food
  • Maintain all areas of the restaurant clean sanitized organized and running smoothly and communicate special needs to the District Manager
  • Exhibit high degree of awareness in customer relations and satisfaction and promote to all team members
  • Recruit interview hire or approve the hiring of all hourly team members
  • Ensure I-9 form compliance with all employees hired
  • Properly train and ascertain that all personnel are properly trained
  • Monitor product inventory ensuring all items are dated and plan proper stock rotation maintaining control of storage facilities
  • Complete daily weekly and period end inventory counts and forms
  • Purchase and receive all items and check invoices for accuracy
  • Process administrative forms invoices and paperwork as instructed by District Manager
  • Adhere to production standards and procedures to obtain uniform product quality and food cost control
  • Schedule all personnel and assign employees to duties
  • Manage all labor costs effectively
  • Understand and manage P&Ls to run operations effectively
  • Implement in-store marketing and ensure promotional materials are displayed properly
  • Carry out public relations assignments made by the company
  • Implement and maintain preventative maintenance program for equipment property and premises
  • Maintain proper security and follow security policies
  • Follow operational procedures outlined in manuals and handbooks
  • Assist in planning organization and participation toward company goals
  • Ensure employees follow cash procedures
  • Maintain computer and operating reports
  • Complete proper shift-change procedures
  • Be proficient in every team member position
  • Conduct timely and accurate performance reviews
  • Follow company policies in employee counseling documentation and discharge
  • Maintain speed of service standards
  • Ensure compliance with uniform and personal appearance policies
  • Forecast sales product production and labor needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Make guests feel special
  • Perform other duties as assigned
